INGREDIENTS FILLING: bread crumbs (soft wheat flour type '0', water, yeast, salt), mortadella (18% on filling, 5% off the total) (pork meat 60%, water, salt, dextrose, spices, aromas, antioxidant: E316, preservatives E250, E252), raw ham (5% on filling, 1,5% on the total, pork meat, salt, preservatives E252), whey, salt, sunflower oil, hard cheese Grana (milk rennet, lysozyme, salt) spices, flavors, preservatives E202, acidity regulator E330. Contains wheat, milk and eggs.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: drop the product into salted boiling water and cook for 6-8 minutes.
STORAGE METHODS: stored in a fresh and dry area. Once opened, stored the package in the fridge and used whitin 3 days. Do not perforate the bag. To be consumed preferably before the date printed on the package.
